What color shoes should i wear with a ECRU colored dress?

amazon.com, then type in mesh embroidered dress to see. i am going on a cruise and this is one one the dresses i am taking. i am thinking gold, but not sure. can you help

What color shoes should i wear with a ECRU colored dress?
There are ecru shoes that have a faille fabric on them that would match perfectly. Silver shoes would probably go better with ecru, than gold, but gold still would be all right.


I checked the site and the dress is very beautiful. Shoes could either be straps or closed toe, probably open strap shoes would go better.


You might consider ecru leather shoes which would also serve you better in the future, for regular street wear (instead of formal wear). No matter what, enjoy your cruise. Break in the shoes before going dancing so your feet wont hurt during your cruise.

Since the dress has a %26quot;pattern%26quot; with the beads, maybe something in a solid color. Maybe red? Or purple/berry colors are %26quot;in%26quot; this season. Or what ever your favorite color is...

Whenever I%26#039;m in doubt, I go for black, but in this case I would go with something softer. Maybe something in brown or a tan or ivory color... gold could be a little harsh. I am seeing this as a very soft looking dress.





If the gold wasn%26#039;t overly ornamental or flashy, it may work. Were you thinking strappy sandals?
